Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute **end-to-end corporate awards events**
- Develop event concepts, timelines, and production plans
- Manage vendors (venue, catering, AV, production)
- Oversee **event budgets and cost control**
- Coordinate with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead event setup, rehearsals, and live show execution
- Ensure seamless **guest and VIP experience**
- Handle on-site problem-solving during live events
