Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event & Exhibition Sponsorship Specialist based in Dubai.
In this role, you will identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for various exhibitions and events.
Responsibilities
include establishing and nurturing client relationships, crafting sponsorship proposals, negotiating agreements, and executing sponsorship strategies.
Collaboration with internal teams, preparing marketing materials, and providing exceptional customer service to sponsors are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, with strong persuasive skills
- Expertise in Event Planning and Event Marketing
- Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and closing deals
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in events and exhibition sponsorships is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of the regional market and cultural dynamics is preferred
- Exhibition space and sponsorship selling experience
