Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary representative of The Sun Secret Collection at the property
• Manage day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring excellence in service and presentation
• Coordinate and oversee luxury guest stays, including pre-arrival planning and on-site experience
• Plan and execute high-end private events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations
• Liaise with partners, vendors, and concierge teams
• Maintain exceptional standards across housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
• Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and execution plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, suppliers, logistics)
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and permits where required
• Handle on-site problem-solving and crisis management
• Contribute to the creation of signature experiences unique to K Resort.
• K Resort is a private luxury desert camp concept designed to deliver highly curated, ultra-premium experiences.
• Maintain alignment with brand positioning (luxury, exclusivity, authenticity)
• Continuously elevate service standards and guest satisfaction

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, private villa/property rentals, or resort management
• Strong background in event planning and execution
• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Established network within the luxury hospitality or events sector is a plus
• Based in Dubai
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in event planning tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
