Event Executive – Jeddah (Project-Based)

Compensation

Preferred Candidate

• Jeddah-based candidate preferred
• Fluent in both **English and Arabic**
• Available to be physically present on-site every day during the project
• Prior experience in events, exhibitions, activations, or operations is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day on-ground event operations
• Coordinate with vendors, mall/event management, and staff
• Ensure smooth execution of the event and daily activities
• Handle basic troubleshooting and operational support on-site
• Monitor setup, branding, equipment, and guest flow
• Share regular updates, photos, and reports with the management team
• Ensure timelines and deliverables are maintained throughout the project

Skills Required

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly
• Organized, responsible, and presentable
• Basic understanding of event operations and client handling

Ideal Candidate

• Someone who is energetic, dependable, and capable of independently managing on-ground event coordination while ensuring smooth daily execution.
