Event Executive

We are seeking a proactive Event Executive based in Riyadh to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and social events.

The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of engaging and memorable experiences.

Assist in full-cycle event planning from concept to execution for conferences, product launches, and social gatherings

Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee logistics

Develop detailed event timelines, checklists, and floor plans to ensure all milestones are met on schedule

Serve as primary on-site contact during events to manage setup, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction

Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to support event promotion and attendee engagement

Prepare post-event reports including budget reconciliation, performance metrics, and vendor feedback

1–3 years of experience in event planning or a related role

Proven technical expertise in event planning tools and vendor management systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Excellent coordination abilities to manage multiple tasks, vendors, and venues simultaneously

Effective time management skills with a track record of meeting tight deadlines

Fluency in Arabic and English to support local and international clients

working with Riyadh-based venues and suppliers

Familiarity with audiovisual and production equipment coordination

Certification in event management or hospitality

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
