Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Event Planning:** Assist in planning and coordinating lighting exhibitions, project showcases, and corporate events.
• **Vendor Management:** Support communication with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality event setups.
• **Logistics & Scheduling:** Help manage event timelines and the logistics of transporting lighting equipment and display units.
• **On-site Support:** Assist with on-site event setup, ensuring our lighting solutions are displayed and functioning perfectly.
• **Stakeholder Coordination:** Ensure smooth communication between our internal technical teams, clients, and event partners.

**Eligibility Requirements (Tamheer Program)*** Saudi national

• Diploma (minimum one academic year) or Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Unemployed for at least 6 months
• Not currently registered with GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance)
• Not previously enrolled in the Tamheer program
• Based in Riyadh
• **Preferred Qualifications*** Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive attitude with a strong interest in event management
• Interest in innovative technology and digital tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
