Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Event Coordinator role located in Riyadh.
The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing sports events and wellness programs, managing event logistics, and ensuring successful on-site event delivery.
The role includes coordinating with vendors, maintaining strong communication with clients, managing budgets, and supporting sales initiatives.
The candidate will play a key role in fostering engagement and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Event Planning and Event Management
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales, with the ability to drive engagement and client relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments and schedules
- Proficiency in using event management tools and software is an advantage
- Experience in sports events or wellness programs is a plus
