Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning:
- Assist in planning and coordinating lighting exhibitions, project showcases, and corporate events.
- Vendor Management:
- Support communication with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality event setups.
• Logistics & Scheduling
- Help manage event timelines and the logistics of transporting lighting equipment and display units.
- On-site Support:
- Assist with on-site event setup, ensuring our lighting solutions are displayed and functioning perfectly.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Ensure smooth communication between our internal technical teams, clients, and event partners.
- Industry Experience:
- Gain unique experience in the specialized field of innovative lighting and energy solutions.
