- **Greeting & Seating:** Welcome guests warmly, show them to their tables, and provide them with menus.
- **Menu Knowledge:** Have a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage options, daily specials, and dietary restrictions to offer recommendations.
- **Order Taking:** Accurately record guest requests and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- **Guest Check-ins:** Proactively check on tables during the meal to ensure satisfaction, refill drinks, and handle any special requests. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Food & Beverage Service
- **Delivery:** Carry food and drinks from the kitchen/bar to the dining area in a safe and timely manner.
- **Quality Control:** Check that dishes are prepared correctly, presented beautifully, and match the customer's specifications.
