Overview
- Lead the development of accurate cost estimates for projects by analyzing project specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to understand project requirements and adjust estimates accordingly.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential cost overruns and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Verifying Subcontractor’s interim payment applications and preparing Subcontractor’s payment Certificates.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and subcontractors
- Prepare detailed project budgets, taking into account all estimated costs, including construction.
- Maintain a database of historical cost data to enhance the accuracy of future estimates.
