Coordinates quantity take-offs, suppliers, and technical reviews to prepare competitive, compliant quotations.
Responsibilities
- Reviews tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents to identify scope, technical requirements, risks, and discrepancies.
- Prepares detailed estimates for prefabricated buildings, modular and portable cabins, site offices, accommodation units, and toilets and pantry units.
- Estimates containers and container modifications, steel structures, interior fit-out works, and related MEP works.
- Coordinates with Design, Procurement, Production, Projects, and Finance to submit technically and commercially compliant offers on time.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 2–5 years of relevant Estimation Engineer experience, including interior fit-out.
- Additional qualification in Quantity Surveying or Estimation is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
