Supervise and coordinate construction activities to meet approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction work at project sites and ensure execution follows approved drawings and project requirements.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and the QS team.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment; attend site meetings and report progress to management.
- Inspect sites and ensure quality of workmanship and materials.
- Prepare daily site reports, measurements, inspection requests, and project documentation.
- Resolve technical and site issues with the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, HSE requirements, and project specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 3–5 years of construction or contracting experience.
- Driving licence is mandatory; UAE driving licence is listed as an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site supervision; able to read drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE/GCC experience is preferred; Society of Engineers membership or classification is preferred where applicable.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500–5,000 per month.
