Role overview

Bloomfields Facilities Management is hiring an experienced Estimation Engineer for its Facilities Management team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The role focuses on MEP/FM estimation, tender preparation, and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for FM projects.
Review technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Conduct site visits and assess project requirements.
Coordinate with operations, procurement, and business development teams.
Ensure competitive pricing and timely tender submission.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
6–7 years of Facilities Management experience; FM service-provider experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, cost estimation, BOQs, and tendering.
Experience with SLA/KPI-based FM contracts is an advantage.
A valid UAE driving licence and own car are mandatory.
Degree attestation is required.
