Experienced Estimation Engineer role within the Facilities Management team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The role focuses on MEP/FM estimation, tender preparation, and cost analysis.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for FM projects.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Visit sites to assess project requirements.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, and business development teams.
- Ensure competitive pricing and timely tender submission.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 6–7 years of Facilities Management experience; FM service provider experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, cost estimation, BOQs, and tendering.
- SLA/KPI-based FM contract experience is advantageous.
- Valid UAE driving licence and own car are mandatory.
- Degree attestation is required.
