Role overview

Join the Facilities Management team as an experienced Estimation Engineer.

The role focuses on MEP/FM estimation, tender preparation, and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for FM projects.
Review technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Conduct site visits and assess project requirements.
Coordinate with operations, procurement, and business development teams.
Ensure competitive pricing and timely tender submissions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
6–7 years of Facilities Management experience; experience with an FM service provider is preferred.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, cost estimation, BOQs, and tendering.
Experience in SLA/KPI-based FM contracts is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license and own car are mandatory.
Degree attestation is required.
