ERP & Business Applications Manager

Role overview

ERP support and improvement

• Manage daily ERP operations, configuration, user support, troubleshooting, security, compliance, documentation, and governance.
• Identify and prioritize enhancements, lead change management, and improve business processes through systems and automation.

Integrations and vendors

• Oversee integrations and data management across Dynamics AX, Salesforce, Billtrust, Tableau, Fivetran, EDI platforms, and other systems.
• Coordinate database administration and system interfaces with technical partners; manage vendors, deliverables, service expectations, and escalations.

Strategy and continuity

• Maintain ERP roadmaps, lead migration readiness, assess future ERP solutions, and support acquisition integration and data migration planning.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans and coordinate backups, recovery, testing, and resilience.
• Support reporting, dashboards, analytics, and requirements for operational and strategic decisions.
