Equity Specialist for Product Engineering (Contract to Hire)

Equity Expertise – Deep understanding of equity compensation plans, tax implications, and compliance standards.

Analytical Thinking – Ability to interpret complex plan documents and regulatory requirements into technical specifications.

Communication – Skilled at bridging business and technical language for cross-functional teams.

Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in requirements and validation of technical outputs.

Collaboration – Works effectively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.

SQL – Ability to write queries for data validation and reporting.

Data Modeling – Understanding of relational database design and equity-related data structures.

API Familiarity – Knowledge of RESTful APIs for integration with external systems.

BI Tools – Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

SaaS Platforms – Exposure to equity management software (e.g., Shareworks, Carta, Certent).

Basic Programming Knowledge – Familiarity with scripting languages (Python or similar) for data analysis or automation.

Version Control – Understanding of Git-based workflows for collaboration with engineering teams.

For sales roles, this range includes the commission target. For non-sales roles, this is a base salary only range; additional bonus eligibility may apply.
