Role overview

Primary responsibilities

• Maintain advanced EPM knowledge and handle custom configurations and complex technical scenarios.
• Lead pre-sales engagements, contribute to deal strategy, and deliver tailored demonstrations to executive and technical audiences.
• Design enterprise solutions, map business requirements to platform capabilities, and guide customer evaluations.
• Lead technical RFP/RFI responses and share knowledge and best practices with the team.
• Use customer and prospect feedback to inform product roadmap priorities and go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least four years of relevant sales engineering, pre-sales, solutions consulting, or solutions engineering experience in EPM, ERP, or financial software.
• Hands-on proficiency across financial planning, budgeting, and corporate performance management solutions.
• Ability to lead complex enterprise engagements, communicate with executive and technical audiences, and design business-aligned solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

Preferred qualifications

• Cross-product EPM understanding is a plus.
• Experience with AI coding tools or workflow automation in sales or pre-sales is preferred.
• Experience with SAP and/or Oracle EPM platforms is preferred.
• REST APIs, independently building or configuring integrations, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills including financial modeling are preferred.

Compensation

• Annual salary range in the United Arab Emirates is AED 456,000 to AED 570,000.
• For sales roles, the range includes the commission target; the specific offer depends on skills, experience, and qualifications.
