Fleet Manager – Oil & Gas (ADNOC Projects, UAE)*
*Job Summary*
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and utilization of company vehicles, heavy equipment, and transport assets for Oil & Gas projects.
The successful candidate will ensure fleet operations are safe, cost-effective, fully compliant with ADNOC and UAE regulations, and capable of supporting project requirements.
*Key Requirements & Responsibilities*
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum *10 years of fleet management experience, including **5 years on ADNOC/Oil & Gas projects*.
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations, preventive maintenance, transport logistics, and UAE regulations.
- Experience managing light vehicles, heavy vehicles, buses, and construction equipment.
- Familiarity with ADNOC HSE requirements and fleet management systems.
- Manage daily fleet operations, vehicle allocation, and transport planning.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, inspections, registrations, insurance, and legal compliance.
- Monitor fuel consumption, fleet utilization, maintenance costs, and overall fleet performance.
- Supervise drivers and transport personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Maintain fleet records, prepare performance reports, and support continuous operational improvement.
