Position overview

Pay

• Pay range is $70,425–$114,440 per year.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs, gather requirements, and partner with stakeholders to support healthcare operations.
• Analyze and monitor system functionality and evaluate new functionality requests using visualization and documentation.
• Review peer work and use change control to develop, build, test, and implement planned changes.
• Maintain accurate technical and functional documentation and review peer documentation.
• Evaluate system performance and mitigate operational risks through consistent processes.
• Stay current on system advancements, industry practices, and Epic certification training and exams.
• Provide on-call user support, diagnose problems, and propose solutions within a 24/7 support framework.
• Address hardware, software, and process issues; follow security and regulatory policies and annual training requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field; relevant work experience may substitute for education.
• Two years of healthcare support experience.
• Epic certification in the support area, or certification within 12 weeks of completing required Epic training, with no more than two testing attempts.
