Entry-Level Trainer
Role Overview
Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, healthcare users, and Epic staff.
Serve as an early point of contact for users transitioning to Epic and help shape their experience with the software.
Participate in the training process from instructional design through the development and delivery of materials and scenarios.

- Epic recruits nationally and provides financial relocation assistance.
Role Overview
Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, healthcare users, and Epic staff.
Serve as an early point of contact for users transitioning to Epic and help shape their experience with the software.
Participate in the training process from instructional design through the development and delivery of materials and scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Design workflow-based training content in close-knit teams.
- Work directly with organizations to help develop their training programs.
- Contribute to projects that make Epic software more intuitive.
- Travel 25% to 60% of working days, typically including one or two trips lasting two to four days per month.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or greater in any major.
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience is preferred.
- History of academic and professional success.
- Willingness to travel 25% to 60% of working days.
- Relocation to the Madison, Wisconsin area is required.
- COVID-19 vaccination is required.
