Entry-Level Trainer

Role Overview

The role is an initial point of contact for users transitioning to Epic and supports their adoption of the software.
Trainers participate in instructional design, training material development, scenario creation, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead training sessions for healthcare users and Epic staff.
- Develop workflow-based training content, materials, and scenarios.
- Work directly with organizations to develop their training.
- Collaborate on projects that make Epic software more intuitive.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or greater in any major is required.
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience is preferred.
- Candidates should have a history of academic and professional success.
- Candidates must be willing to travel 25-60% of working days, typically including one or two trips lasting two to four days per month.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Relocation to the Madison, Wisconsin area is required and reimbursed.
- COVID-19 vaccination is required.
