- نبذة عن الوظيفة:
- تبحث الشركة عن مهندس حلول مؤسسية يتمتع بخبرة واسعة في تصميم وتطوير البنية التقنية الشاملة للمؤسسة، وضمان تكامل الأنظمة والتطبيقات بما يدعم أهداف الأعمال والتحول الرقمي، مع تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية والمرونة التقنية.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تصميم وتطوير معمارية الحلول المؤسسية بما يتماشى مع استراتيجية الشركة.
- تحليل احتياجات الأعمال وتحويلها إلى حلول تقنية متكاملة.
- الإشراف على تكامل الأنظمة والتطبيقات وقواعد البيانات.
- تطوير معايير وإطارات العمل الخاصة بالهندسة المؤسسية.
- قيادة مبادرات التحول الرقمي وتحديث الأنظمة.
- تقييم التقنيات الجديدة وتقديم التوصيات الفنية.
- التعاون مع فرق التطوير، الأمن السيبراني، والبنية التحتية.
- ضمان قابلية التوسع، الأداء العالي، وأمن الأنظمة.
- إعداد الوثائق الفنية والمعمارية التقنية للمشاريع.
- دعم فرق المشاريع في تنفيذ الحلول التقنية المعتمدة.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، هندسة البرمجيات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 8 إلى 12 سنة في هندسة الحلول أو الهندسة المؤسسية.
- خبرة قوية في تصميم الأنظمة الموزعة والتكامل المؤسسي.
- معرفة بأنظمة ERP، CRM، والخدمات السحابية.
- خبرة في TOGAF أو Zachman Framework تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- فهم عميق للبنية التحتية، الأمن السيبراني، وDevOps.
- مهارات تحليلية واستراتيجية ممتازة.
- الشهادات المفضلة:
- TOGAF Certification
• AWS / Azure Solutions Architect
- ITIL Certification
- PMP أو Agile Certification
- المهارات المطلوبة:
- الهندسة المؤسسية وتصميم الحلول.
- تحليل الأعمال والمتطلبات.
- تكامل الأنظمة والتطبيقات.
- إدارة المشاريع التقنية.
- الأمن السيبراني وإدارة المخاطر.
- التواصل والعرض التقديمي.
- التفكير الاستراتيجي وحل المشكلات.
