Job summary

General Responsibilities

• **Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems**
• Follow the operational strategy in compliance with group delegation of authority policy.
• Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
• **Reporting**
• Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business and organization’s policies and standards.
• Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision-making.
• Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.

Job Specific Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, development, and integration of enterprise IT solutions that support business processes such as HR, finance, and asset management.
• Manage the lifecycle of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, ensuring they are updated, secure, and tailored to business needs.
• Direct the enhancement of business intelligence (BI) tools and corporate data warehouses to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations through technology, enhancing data flow and automating routine tasks.
• Oversee the customization of software applications to meet the specific needs of various business units, improving functionality and user satisfaction.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security compliance across all enterprise applications.
• Organize training programs for end-users on new systems and updates to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
• Evaluate and implement cybersecurity measures across enterprise systems to protect sensitive business data.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• 9 years of relevant working experience

Desired Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• 12 years of relevant working experience
