Job summary
To manage and enhance enterprise IT systems across the organization, ensuring they support and optimize business processes such as HR, finance, and asset management.
The role focuses on improving operational efficiency through technology, maintaining system integrity, and ensuring that enterprise solutions adapt to changing business needs.
General Responsibilities
- **Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems**
- Follow the operational strategy in compliance with group delegation of authority policy.
- Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
- **Reporting**
- Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business and organization’s policies and standards.
- Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision-making.
- Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.
Job Specific Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, development, and integration of enterprise IT solutions that support business processes such as HR, finance, and asset management.
- Manage the lifecycle of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, ensuring they are updated, secure, and tailored to business needs.
- Direct the enhancement of business intelligence (BI) tools and corporate data warehouses to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations through technology, enhancing data flow and automating routine tasks.
- Oversee the customization of software applications to meet the specific needs of various business units, improving functionality and user satisfaction.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security compliance across all enterprise applications.
- Organize training programs for end-users on new systems and updates to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
- Evaluate and implement cybersecurity measures across enterprise systems to protect sensitive business data.
HSE, Security, and Risk Protocols

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- 9 years of relevant working experience
Desired Requirements
- Master’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- 12 years of relevant working experience
