Enterprise Sales Lead This role has been designed as Hybrid with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description: Enterprise Sales Lead UAE Full-time / Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Enterprise Sales Lead to join our team in Dubai.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional results across complex enterprise engagements.

You will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, building executive-level relationships, and positioning innovative solutions that create real business value for customers.

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Define and execute sales strategies aligned to company vision and growth objectives
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the sales organisation
  • Continuously coach and mentor team members to drive performance excellence
  • Promote a strong culture of integrity, accountability, and collaboration

Customer Engagement & Growth

  • Lead major enterprise customer engagements, ensuring best-in-class customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level executives)
  • Identify and create new business opportunities through strategic account engagement
  • Drive a proactive, hunting sales approach to expand pipeline and revenue
  • Support teams in developing winning sales strategies, pricing models, and value propositions

Business & Sales Management

  • Own end-to-end sales execution, from pipeline creation through to deal closure
  • Develop and implement structured sales methodologies and account plans
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility
  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategy
  • Drive performance against revenue, profitability, and growth targets

Skills & Experience

  • 10 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record of success
  • 5+ years experience leading high-performing sales teams
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar deals
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align sales activity with business goals
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen (pipeline, forecasting, ROI, P&L impact)
  • Experience working within large, matrixed organisations

Knowledge & Capabilities

  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales models and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong knowledge of IT industry trends and technology solutions
  • Ability to lead through change and drive transformation initiatives
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to analyse data, market conditions, and customer needs to drive decisions
