We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join our ever-evolving Global Enterprise Commercial team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team
We are currently looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager in UAE, based in a hybrid capacity from our Dubai office. In this role, you will work with an elite sales team and further promote market share of Worldpay-branded services in the region. The revenue from this region is an important part of the overall result and a core part of the future growth strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new enterprise customers and growing the eCommerce business.
Building relationships with our end customers also means listening to their needs to understand which other products and services could solve their problems. By overcoming the obstacles of our current customers, we can create a stronger foundation of trust and secure our future as the preferred choice in a competitive market.
What you’ll own
You will be an instrumental part of the Worldpay Sales team, driving the Worldpay brand across the UAE and championing our products.
- Acquire new corporate clients from various industries headquartered in the region.
- Build new business relationships from the ground up, as well as attract additional new clients. You will win these new clients through cold calling, leads, or from your existing network.
- The role is strategically oriented, and you will work with senior stakeholders, focusing on delivering leading solutions to our clients that provide them with maximum value; proactively approaching a range of clients based on predefined selection criteria
- Maintain a sales pipeline to achieve annual goals building trustworthy, partnership-based client relationships
- Manage the complete sales cycles by achieving challenging but realistic targets for net revenue in new business.
- Make contact and build relationships with highly successful entrepreneurs, founders, executive suite and e-commerce managers.
- Grow the Worldpay brand by participating and presenting at conferences and thought leadership sessions, aiming to increase brand awareness in collaboration with marketing.
- Become a trusted advisor for our clients, helping global brands optimize their use of Worldpay services.
What you bring
- At least 3 to 5 years of enterprise sales experience including research, discovering needs, recommending solutions and solving business problems.
- Experience in the payments industry in Enterprise is essential
- Proven success in acquiring new clients
- 'Hunter' driven by new business sales
- A consultative approach that’s successful with C-suite and business owners
- Highly motived with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, commercial sales environment
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets
- Experience managing complex deals with long sales cycles
- Preference in bilingual English and Arabic
