Erm Support And Coordination
- Assist in maintaining the enterprise risk register, including updating risk entries, tracking changes, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Support the coordination of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) across departments.
- Help organize risk workshops, meetings, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
Data Analysis And Reporting
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data for Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Support the preparation of periodic risk reports and dashboards for internal review.
- Contribute to tracking risk trends, incidents, and emerging issues across the organization.
Incident And Issue Tracking
- Support the logging and tracking of incidents and issues within the Action and Issue Management (AIM) process.
- Follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely updates and closure of action items.
Business Continuity Support (Bcp)
- Assist in maintaining Business Continuity documentation, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and recovery plans.
- Support coordination of business continuity activities such as testing exercises and awareness initiatives.
- Help track action items related to business continuity readiness and resilience.
Data Protection And Pdpl Support
- Support the maintenance and update of Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) across departments.
- Assist in tracking PDPL-related action items, including compliance gaps and remediation efforts.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and proper documentation of data protection practices.
Documentation And Framework Support
- Assist in maintaining ERM documentation, including policies, procedures, and risk methodologies.
- Support ongoing improvements to risk frameworks, templates, and tools.
