ERP Business Consultant – HR supporting a major HR technology transformation through Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and ongoing enhancement.
Works with HR, IT, and implementation partners to translate requirements into solutions and strengthen HR data and analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation across Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management, Rewards, Workforce Planning, and Reporting.
- Gather and analyze HR stakeholder requirements; conduct process reviews, gap analysis, and business blueprinting.
- Act as HCM subject matter expert for solution design, configuration, functional specifications, and testing.
- Work with implementation partners to align Oracle Fusion configuration with business needs and best practices.
- Support SIT, UAT, key-user training, cutover, go-live, defect tracking, and resolution.
- Provide ongoing user support and training; identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, enhancements, and better user experience.
- Maintain functional documentation, user guides, and process documentation; support HR reporting, data analytics, and data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of relevant Oracle Fusion HCM experience and at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Hands-on experience across Core HR, Payroll, OTL, LMS, Performance Management, and Self-Service.
- Experience in solution or ERP consulting, business analysis, or ERP implementation; hands-on knowledge of Oracle AIM/OUM methodology.
- Experience with Fast Formulas, HCM Approvals, BPM, Security, Personalisation, and HCM Extracts.
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes; experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing, UAT, and end-user training.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel skills.
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification is an advantage.
