Role description
Oversee performance planning, monitoring, and optimization across JEE and NEET white-label study materials delivered in MS Word, PageMaker, and PPT formats.
This part-time hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate and combines on-site work with remote collaboration.
Analyze content workflows, define KPIs, and improve operational efficiency for content production and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with academic content teams and technology stakeholders.
- Track project timelines and resource utilization.
- Implement performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Support quality assurance for study materials.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to set KPIs, monitor metrics, and optimize performance across projects or business units.
- Experience in education, EdTech, or content development is preferred, particularly in JEE, NEET, CBSE, or similar exam environments.
- Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, PageMaker, and PDF formats and understanding of related content workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with dashboards, reporting tools, and data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills, including cross-functional coordination and timeline management.
- Bachelor's degree in business, education management, engineering, or a related field.
- Project-management or performance-management certifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of academic standards, exam patterns, and syllabus alignment is a plus.
