Part-time hybrid retail role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Supports daily operations of a retail outlet focused on JEE and NEET white-label study materials.
Responsibilities
- Organize and display products, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, professional shop environment.
- Welcome and guide customers and explain product features and formats, including MS Word, PageMaker, and PowerPoint.
- Process orders and payments and support customer inquiries in person and online.
- Support basic sales reporting, accurate documentation, and coordination with content and logistics teams.
- Participate in promotional activities to increase product visibility.
- Follow procedures and maintain company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer-service, and customer-satisfaction skills.
- Team-management ability or experience supporting and coordinating a retail team.
- Sales skills, including product presentation, upselling or cross-selling, and basic follow-up.
- Prior retail, bookstore, education-products, or academic-services experience, especially in exam preparation, is desirable.
- Basic computer literacy, familiarity with MS Office, comfort with digital study-material formats, organization, and attention to detail.
