Part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, combining on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility.
Supports schools, coaching institutes, and EdTech clients using JEE and NEET white-label study materials.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, onboarding, and ongoing support.
- Respond to inquiries, coordinate order requirements, track deliveries, and provide product guidance and troubleshooting.
- Work with content and operations teams to resolve issues, gather feedback, and improve materials and services.
- Maintain client records, prepare simple reports, and support retention and satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong client communication and relationship-management skills, including professional handling of calls, messages, and emails.
- Basic proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and related tools; able to explain white-label material formats.
- Organized and able to coordinate requests, track status, and follow up promptly; strong problem-solving and customer-support skills.
- Experience in education, EdTech, coaching institutes, or academic content services is beneficial.
- A business, education, or related diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- English proficiency is requested; Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
- Able to work in a hybrid Abu Dhabi setup with reliability, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.
