Overview
A global enterprise technology and digital transformation business is looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive to support the continued growth of its customer base across the UAE market.
The organisation works with large enterprise customers on complex digital transformation initiatives, helping businesses modernise their technology environments and improve operational efficiency across multiple industries including financial services, healthcare, telecoms, technology, and the public sector.
This is a strategic enterprise sales role focused on developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with enterprise customers and senior decision-makers across the UAE market
- Drive new business acquisition through a combination of outbound activity, networking, and inbound opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and market engagement
- Develop account plans focused on long-term growth and customer expansion
- Engage with C-level stakeholders and business leaders to position enterprise technology solutions
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships through additional solution offerings
- Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams throughout the sales lifecycle
- Lead commercial discussions, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure activities
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting
- Support long-term customer success and account development initiatives
Required Experience
- Approximately 8–12 years of enterprise technology sales experience
- Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions and services
- Strong experience managing and growing enterprise accounts within the UAE market
- Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Strong commercial, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable operating within a consultative, enterprise sales environment
