Overview

  • **Dr Rami Hamed center FZ LLC** is seeking a highly qualified and compassionate **ENT Surgeon (Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon / Otolaryngologist)** to join our dynamic medical team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of comprehensive diagnostic, medical, and surgical care for disorders and diseases affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck..
  • This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team in providing exceptional care to our patients.
  • Diagnose and manage diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history taking, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic investigations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for both adult and pediatric patients.
  • Perform ENT surgical procedures within the scope of granted clinical privileges and professional competence.
  • Manage acute and chronic ENT conditions, including hearing disorders, sinus diseases, allergies, voice disorders, sleep apnea, and head and neck abnormalities.
  • Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care to patients.
  • Request and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, audiological assessments, and other diagnostic procedures.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide emergency ENT consultations and manage urgent clinical situations when required.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and timely medical records and documentation.

Quality And Safety Responsibilities

  • Comply with DHA regulations, JCI standards, and the policies and procedures of Dr. Rami Hamed Center FZ LLC.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, morbidity and mortality reviews, and risk management activities.
  • Report adverse events, incidents, and patient safety concerns in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Adhere to infection prevention and control standards and maintain a safe clinical environment.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, CME activities, and continuous professional development programs.

Preferred Qualifications**

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Completion of an accredited residency training program in Otolaryngology (ENT).
  • Board Certification or equivalent specialty qualification in Otolaryngology.
  • Valid DHA License/Eligibility Letter as ENT Specialist or Consultant.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 year UAE Experience
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English is mandatory.
