Role overview

Maintenance duties

• Maintain property vehicles, including engineering trucks, shuttle vans, and electric carts; check fluids and tires, charge batteries, and replace spark plugs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Maintain inventory and requisition parts and supplies.
• Keep daily operations, maintenance, and safety logs, including test results, instrument readings, equipment malfunctions, and work performed.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and machines visually for defects.

Preferred qualifications and physical demands

• A technical, trade, or vocational school degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is specified; no license or certification is listed.
• Must be able to move and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and perform tasks involving reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

• Follow company and safety and security policies, report maintenance problems and safety hazards or incidents, complete safety training, and store flammable materials properly.
• Maintain professional appearance, protect company assets and confidential information, communicate professionally, and work cooperatively with colleagues.
