Role overview

Responsibilities

• Influence and lead delivery of business-critical App Store features.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Design, QA, Legal, Privacy, Trust & Safety, Operations, and other organizations to manage feature pipelines.
• Drive large cross-functional projects and features supporting Apple Developer and customer experiences.
• Manage scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation tracking, stakeholders, communications, and risks across concurrent projects.
• Define business, functional, and reporting requirements, often writing them directly.
• Improve how App Store features are built and executed.

Minimum qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program and/or project management experience involving complex server/client interactions.
• Track record of building products through collaboration across product, design, engineering, QA, operations, and other stakeholders.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field, or at least 5+ years of comparable experience.
• Technical background in software application architecture and development is helpful.

Preferred qualifications

• Strategic thinking, problem solving, and ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into action plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to take ownership and drive multiple tasks to completion with minimal oversight.
• iOS app development is a major plus; game development or games industry experience is an added plus.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize recurring tasks is preferred; programming experience is a bonus.

Compensation

• The stated base pay range is $130,200–$195,600; pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
