Software Development Engineer in Test, Full Stack, Creativity Apps

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, write, maintain, and execute test strategies and test plans.
• Drive quality and process improvements so features are reliable and ready for release.
• Report bugs using effective isolation and regression techniques.
• Manage deliverables and communicate priorities, progress, and risks systematically.
• Coordinate testing efforts across functions and validate on-device AI/ML features.

Minimum qualifications

• At least 3 years as an SDET or in a similar engineering role.
• Fluency in Python, Swift, and/or JavaScript for prototyping and internal tools.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable mobile and web test automation frameworks; tools may include XCTest, Selenium, or WebdriverIO.
• Proficiency testing iOS/macOS and/or mobile apps, cloud-based frameworks, and framework APIs.
• Experience developing or validating GenAI tools, or working on AI-adjacent projects.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools, such as Jenkins or Xcode Server.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills; bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with creator or creative platforms and applications.
• Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem and writing automation for iOS and macOS.
• Photo, video, and cloud editing workflow experience with creative applications is a plus.
• Experience with large-scale web applications and cross-platform test automation.

Compensation and benefits

• The stated base pay range is $119,100 to $230,500; pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
