Join an early engineering team building media-management and collaboration features for creative tools on Apple platforms.
Work with teams behind Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, and iWork to develop tools for creators.
Responsibilities
- Set direction and architecture for new collaborative features in the creative space.
- Drive features from concept through delivery.
- Work with human-interface designers, quality-assurance teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Influence user-interface decisions and project planning in addition to writing code.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 2 years shipping high-quality, tested iOS and/or macOS code.
- Strong understanding of Apple-platform architectural patterns, computer science fundamentals, and object-oriented design.
- Strong Swift proficiency and experience with at least one of SwiftUI, UIKit, or AppKit.
- Ability to own features, work with ambiguity, and collaborate effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Interest in Apple creative apps such as Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, iMovie, or GarageBand.
- Experience with Swift async/await and actors; proficiency with Swift Testing and/or XCTest.
- Demonstrated commitment to accessibility and localization.
Compensation
- The stated base-pay range is $119,100 to $230,500; pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
