- Role location: Melbourne or Brisbane.
- Work hours: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow multiple engineering squads delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions and associated technology services.
- Provide technical leadership across architecture, engineering practices, delivery execution, and operational excellence.
- Drive automated testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, release governance, and production readiness.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient outcomes.
- Coach engineers and technical leaders while leading delivery planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
What You Will Bring
- Significant experience leading engineering teams delivering large-scale Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong technical background in software engineering and engineering craft.
- Experience leading teams in modern DevOps environments with mature CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of test automation, secure software development, observability, platform resilience, APIs, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
- Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical engagement and influence business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience building high-performing engineering cultures focused on ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
