The UAE Context
Edenred UAE is a fast growing payroll service provider serving more than 6,000 business and more than 2 million unbanked employees.
We service over 10 banks and 35 financial institutions.

Position Key Responsibilities
- As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of talented engineers to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge software solutions.

- You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
- Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Product Management: Understand your customers and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of changes to the product spaces you own, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring best practices in software development and operational excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with different teams and functions, including product management, design, and operations, to align on goals and deliverables.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
- Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process to attract and retain top engineering talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C# and .NET and experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure or Google Cloud).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.

- Experience in a high-growth tech company or startup environment.
