Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Engineering Manager to lead and support engineering teams in delivering high-quality technical solutions and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, managing team performance, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement across engineering operations and development processes.
The Engineering Manager will play a key role in planning and executing technical initiatives, managing project timelines and resources, supporting product and system development, and ensuring engineering standards and best practices are consistently maintained.
This position requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
include leading engineering teams, overseeing project execution, coordinating technical resources, monitoring development progress, supporting process optimization, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
