- Develop technical knowledge, operational understanding, and leadership presence
- Ensure technical excellence supports guest experience, operational rhythm, and safety standards
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Experience in engineering coordination, facilities, or technical operations, ideally within luxury hospitality or large scale mixed use developments
- Highly organized, precise, and process oriented, with strong problem solving and multitasking skills
- Comfortable collaborating across multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

The Role
- As Engineering Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of Faena Wadi Safar’s technical operations.
- You will work closely with the Director and Manager of Engineering to coordinate projects, track progress, and maintain operational rhythm.
What You Will Create
- Coordinate daily engineering activities, preventive maintenance schedules, and technical requests.
- Support pre opening projects by tracking timelines, liaising with contractors, and monitoring installation of MEP systems.
- Serve as the central point of communication between Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and other departments.
- Maintain records, documentation, and reporting with meticulous care.
- Develop technical knowledge, operational understanding, and leadership presence.
- Ensure that technical excellence supports Faena’s guest experience, operational rhythm, and safety standards.
Who You Are
- A Saudi National with experience in engineering coordination, facilities, or technical operations.
- Highly organized, precise, and process oriented, with strong problem solving and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable collaborating across multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about operational excellence and committed to delivering reliability, safety, and quality.
