- Supervise and manage installation of smart water meters across various sites
- Ensure all installation activities comply with approved standards, specifications, and procedures
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and verification of installed water meters
- Identify and resolve installation and technical issues, escalating complex cases when required
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and internal teams for smooth execution of works
- Monitor installation quality, workmanship, and compliance during field activities
- Maintain accurate installation records, site reports, and documentation
- Support Non-Revenue Water (NRW) reduction initiatives through proper installation practices
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, Health & Safety regulations, and operational policies
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for quality assurance and reporting purposes
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 9 years of experience in water meter installation or utility field operations
- Strong knowledge of smart water metering systems and water distribution networks
- Understanding of NRW management practices is highly desirable
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
