Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional to support end-to-end e-invoicing and digital compliance initiatives, including planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Support e-invoicing planning, operationalization, and reporting activities
- Prepare KPI reports, dashboards, and performance packs
- Draft SOPs, guidance notes, FAQs, and process documentation
- Coordinate UAT testing, validation, defect tracking, and release readiness
- Monitor adoption, compliance, and risk indicators
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders for successful implementation cycles
Experience Required
- 9+ years of experience in tax administration, digital compliance programs, or e-invoicing initiatives
- Strong expertise in KPI preparation, testing/validation, process documentation, and reporting
- Experience with analytics/reporting tools and stakeholder coordination
Skills
- SOP drafting & process mapping
- KPI preparation & reporting
- UAT/testing & defect tracking
- Documentation & version control
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree and professional certifications are advantageous.
