Application support and incidents
- Support enterprise application and corporate system operations and maintenance.
- Handle assigned support activities and service requests; monitor application performance and availability.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, provide technical support, and escalate complex issues.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring technical issues.
Implementation and integration
- Support system implementation, deployment, and application enhancements.
- Perform assigned configuration and implementation tasks and help validate application readiness.
- Support integrations across applications, platforms, and enterprise services.
- Test interfaces, identify integration issues, and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
Requirements, testing, and maintenance
- Collect and document functional and technical requirements and help translate business requirements into system requirements.
- Coordinate with business users to clarify application requirements.
- Perform system testing and support UAT; document test results and defects and support retesting.
- Support approved changes, updates, and maintenance; troubleshoot change-related issues and help improve performance and usability.
Documentation and operating standards
- Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, interfaces, and integrations; update records after changes.
- Support application operations and improvement initiatives.
- Follow departmental procedures and comply with safety, quality, environmental, and information security controls.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in application engineering, enterprise applications, software development, application support, or a related technology area.
