Lead and enhance quality and performance practices across digital products, services, and technology processes.
Support reliable technology solutions through performance analysis, root-cause analysis, standards compliance, and continuous improvement.
Quality, testing, and performance
- Develop and maintain quality assurance practices, standards, and control mechanisms across technology products and services.
- Assess quality against requirements and acceptance criteria; coordinate reviews and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Define and monitor KPIs and quality indicators, analyze performance results, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate functional and user acceptance testing, review results, follow up on quality issues, and support readiness before deployment.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions for recurring quality, performance, and service issues.
Reporting and improvement
- Monitor technology quality standards and establish quality checkpoints across solution delivery.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and management reports presenting accurate, actionable performance information.
- Identify, coordinate, and evaluate improvements to technology processes, service quality, and delivery effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product, development, testing, BI, design, and other technology stakeholders; promote quality guidance and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- 6–8 years of experience in Quality & Performance, Quality Assurance, Technology Performance, Process Improvement, Software Quality, or related disciplines.
