Role overview

ERP implementation and requirements

• Support ERP system and module implementation and deployment according to approved requirements.
• Configure ERP components and coordinate releases, deployment readiness, and rollback arrangements.
• Track technical deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements; translate them into specifications, configurations, and enhancements aligned with IT architecture standards.
• Assess proposed changes for feasibility, integration impacts, and alignment with business processes.

Support, integration, and operations

• Provide Level 3 support for escalated ERP incidents and service requests; investigate root causes and coordinate resolution with technical teams and vendors.
• Perform incident, problem, and change management activities in line with applicable ITIL practices and service procedures.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP interfaces; validate data exchanges and coordinate resolution of integration failures.
• Support SSO integration requests and access configurations with identity and information security teams.
• Monitor ERP availability, performance, and scheduled processing; coordinate infrastructure dependencies to maintain stability.
• Maintain ERP configuration records and provide application asset and software license usage information to relevant owners.

Continuity, testing, and enhancements

• Support ERP backup and recovery activities and participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Validate application recovery, document results and corrective actions, and support continuity readiness.
• Conduct technical, system, integration, and regression testing; support UAT, document results, track defects, and verify fixes before production deployment.
• Support ERP enhancements and digital transformation initiatives; coordinate vendor patches, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Maintain configuration, solution, interface, integration, and operational documentation and support knowledge transfer.
• Follow departmental procedures and safety, quality, environmental, and information security controls to protect data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation, configuration, technical support, development, or systems integration.
• Relevant certifications in ERP platforms, systems integration, or IT service management are considered an advantage.
