Key accountabilities
- Align delivery strategy and execution with relevant stakeholders and track or escalate release impediments.
- Manage risks and dependencies, contribute resourcing input, and ensure teams have suitable technology tools, processes, and documentation.
- Provide technology expertise, identify cross-team synergies, and guide engineering practices and change initiatives.
- Engage enterprise stakeholders and assess engineering requirements, including solutions for non-standard requests.
- Improve products and services, monitor costs, and consult with governance, risk, compliance, and audit groups as needed.
- Support team leadership, knowledge transfer, workload management, collaboration, and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Deep technology expertise in the relevant area of specialization.
- In-depth understanding of relevant business needs and the ability to identify synergies across technology teams.
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage release risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, facilitate buy-in, and communicate clearly across teams.
- Ability to keep current with technology trends, emerging tools, and engineering best practices.
