Lead IBM BPM development, architecture, and consulting to translate client requirements into automated solutions based on IBM Business Process Manager and J2EE.
Responsibilities
- Participate in IBM BPM/BAW implementation from assessment and design through build, deployment, and evolution.
- Deliver IBM BPM/BAW and J2EE solutions using product, business, and technical expertise.
- Follow development methodologies, standards, naming conventions, and best practices.
- Design robust technical architectures that address user and technical requirements.
- Produce project documentation, including naming standards, technical specifications, and test plans.
- Train client end users and transfer knowledge.
- Identify with clients new opportunities to apply IBM Business Process Manager and related technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- 5+ years working with IBM BPM/BAW, J2EE, IBM DB2, and Microsoft SQL Server, emphasizing server-side development.
- Knowledge of IBM BPM/BAW and J2EE technologies, custom application development practices, Spring technologies, batch processing, and ACID concepts.
- Knowledge of Spring Boot microservice API design, integration management, test planning, documentation, and project management.
- Database design and normalization skills; strong T-SQL development skills.
