We are looking for a talented
Health & Safety Engineer
to join us.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with local HSE laws, international standards, and company requirements.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and root cause analyses.
- Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions to employees and contractors.
- Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors when required.
Qualifications
- We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Environmental or related field).
- 3 5 years of experience in Health & Safety, preferably in pharmaceutical sector or related.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proven experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety audits.
Certifications (Required / Preferred)
- Candidates preferred are those who hold
- recognized Health & Safety certifications
- , such as:
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent
• IOSH Managing Safely (minimum)
- OSHA certifications / OSHA 30-hour (preferred)
- Any additional relevant certifications are a plus
& Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Both Arabic & English Language.
- Excellent communication and training abilities
- Attention to detail and proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
