Engineer - Camunda BPM Integration Support

Role Overview

Workflow Development and Support

• Model and develop BPMN workflows using Camunda Modeler for entity onboarding and payment processing.
• Build workflow services using the Camunda Java SDK or Camunda Node.js SDK.
• Use Zeebe gRPC/REST to interact with the process engine and test calls through Postman.
• Monitor and manage running process instances using Camunda Operate and Camunda Tasklist.
• Write process tests for Zeebe workflows using JUnit or Jest.
• Troubleshoot workflow execution issues and process bottlenecks.
• Work with application teams to define workflow SLAs for critical payment and entity-onboarding flows.

Platform Operations

• Support Camunda CI/CD on OKE, including Azure DevOps pipeline creation and support.
• Configure Ingress, support facade deployment and troubleshooting, and manage application and Key Vault configuration.
• Perform Camunda administration including backup configuration, upgrades and patches, environment library configuration, and repository management.

Experience and Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Requires excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Requires the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Requires willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in payment or transaction processing systems is desirable.
• Camunda certification is desirable.
• Exposure to MuleSoft ESB and Anypoint Platform is desirable.
• Exposure to Solace is desirable.
